Two-component polyurethane adhesive for sandwich lightweight panels; reactive hot melt.

A wide variety ranging from high heat-resistant reactive hot melts for instant bonding and cross-linking to two-component polyurethane adhesives that have a long usable time and cure in a few minutes!

In the manufacturing of sandwich lightweight panels, we are developing products based on various materials used and PUR (polyurethane) adhesives that can bond them. We offer a highly heat-resistant reactive PUR hot melt adhesive that undergoes a crosslinking reaction after instant bonding, as well as a two-component heat-accelerated polyurethane adhesive that has a long working time and cures in a few minutes at around 70°C in a hot press. Additionally, we provide high-transparency adhesives with minimal yellowing for bonding polycarbonate sheets and aluminum honeycomb cores, as well as adhesives that meet the European fire safety standard A2 grade and the IMO marine fire safety standard. 【Product Examples】 ■ Highly heat-resistant reactive PUR hot melt adhesive that undergoes a crosslinking reaction after instant bonding ■ Two-component heat-accelerated polyurethane adhesive with a long working time that cures in a few minutes at around 70°C in a hot press ■ High-transparency adhesive with minimal yellowing ■ Adhesives that meet the European fire safety standard A2 grade and the IMO marine fire safety standard *For more details, please request documentation or view the PDF data available for download.

PUR reactive hot melt for bookbinding, Series 712

This is a PUR reactive hot melt adhesive for bookbinding that has high open performance required in the Japanese market, used at 100℃.

Compared to conventional hot melts, the high heat resistance and high adhesion have expanded the design and market for bookbinding. KLEIBERIT's PUR reactive hot melt for bookbinding is being adopted in the bookbinding industry, featuring types that allow for energy savings through reduced application temperatures while still maintaining wide openability, such as the 100°C usage type that can accommodate short conveyors for three-way cutting, and the ME type, which has an extremely low residual isocyanate monomer to improve the working environment.

Reactive hot melt for textiles (PUR-HM)

PUR-HM for laminating and bonding high-performance textile materials that require wash resistance, adhesion to difficult substrates, and breathability.

This is a low-temperature application type of reactive hot melt (PUR-HM) that possesses properties required when manufacturing textile materials, such as wash resistance, heat resistance, anti-cold flow properties, non-toxicity certification, and adhesion to difficult materials. It is suitable for high-speed line speeds in processes like gravure roller coating, and is used in high-performance textile materials, including surgical gowns that undergo sterilization using steam, fire-resistant firefighting gear, and sportswear that requires strong adhesion between breathable and water-repellent materials, as well as innerwear that demands adhesive safety against allergies.

Polyolefin-based reactive hot melt POR756.0

An olefin-based adhesive that strongly bonds to difficult PP and other olefin-based resins without any surface treatment.

This is an olefin-based adhesive that can bond difficult materials such as PP resin without any surface treatment. It is equipped with a hot melt function that allows for immediate progression to secondary processes without waiting for the initial curing of the adhesive, achieving a stronger bond with heat resistance through continued moisture curing after the initial hot melt function. While it has a hot melt function, it can be applied to substrates at a lower melting temperature compared to PP and PO-based hot melts, and it possesses high heat and cold resistance due to curing through cross-linking reactions, making it an extremely reliable adhesive that can keep up with the speed of mass production lines.
